The Executive Director has overall strategic and operational responsibility for Safe Harbors staff, programs, expansion, and for the execution of our mission.
The Deputy Director is responsible for oversight of all Safe Harbors programming.
Our Data and Training Coordinator is responsible for all program and data reporting for the agency and other administrative functions.
The Youth Services Coordinator oversees our high school and college prevention and group programming in Ontario, Yates, and Seneca Counties. She also provides presentations and other programming to these age groups in area school districts and our local colleges.
The Youth Services Coordinator oversees our Pre-K through 8th grade and community prevention programming in Ontario, Yates, and Seneca Counties. She also provides presentations and other programming to these age groups in area school districts.
Our Community Child Advocacy Coordinator oversees our community based advocacy services to youth and families, as well as our anti-trafficking programming, in Seneca, Ontario and Yates Counties.
Our Child Advocacy Center Coordinator oversees our Child Advocacy Center-based programming, and provides crisis support to child victims of abuse and their non-offending caregivers.
Our Advocacy Coordinator oversees our adult advocacy and group programming, including providing training and supervision of our adult advocacy team, and program development in this area. She also provides crisis advocacy services to adult victims of crime.
Our Case Management Coordinator oversees our case management programming, including training and supervision of our Case Management team, as well as program development in this area. She also provides case management services after the initial crisis period to victims of all crime, with an emphasis on those who have experienced or witnessed physical, sexual, or emotional abuse.
Our Housing Coordinator oversees our housing program and safe dwelling, including training and supervision of our housing team, as well as program development in this area. She also assists clients with all housing related needs, including shelter and other emergency housing, transitional housing, and long term housing needs.
Our Professional Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of training and education for our staff, as well as coordination of continuing education.
Our Advocates are responsible for providing support and advocacy services for adults who have experienced domestic and/or sexual violence in our three county service area. These services include one on one crisis counseling, group counseling, court accompaniment, and legal, medical, and social service advocacy, as well as support with petitions for orders of protection.
Our Court Advocate is co-located in the Ontario County Court House and is responsible for providing services to victims in Ontario County. These services include information about victim rights, advocacy with law enforcement, court accompaniment, assistance with petitions for orders of protection.
Our Senior Criminal Justice Systems Advocate in the Yates County District Attorney's Office provides direct services to victims of crime as they navigate the criminal justice system. Working inside the Yates County District Attorney’s Office she is responsible for providing services to victims of all types of crime in Yates County. These services include information about victim rights, advocacy with law enforcement, court accompaniment, and communication on all relevant information related to the court case.
Case Managers provide long-term services after the initial crisis period to victims of all crime, with an emphasis on those who have experienced or witnessed physical, sexual, or emotional abuse.

Our Housing and Income Specialist assists clients with all housing related needs, including shelter and other emergency housing, transitional housing, and long term housing needs.
Our Adult Group Specialist leads support groups and empowerment groups for survivors of interpersonal violence, both in our offices and in various community locations.
Our Youth Specialists provide support and prevention education to Pre-K through College Aged students in our 14 area school districts and 5 area colleges. They also lead empowerment groups for youth in grades 3 through college, within the school setting and at other community locations.
Our Youth Advocates are responsible for providing crisis intervention and advocacy services to youth in Ontario, Seneca, and Yates counties that have experienced sexual assault/abuse, family violence, dating violence, child abuse, or human trafficking.
Our Child Advocacy Specialists provide Child Advocacy Center-based crisis support to child victims of abuse and their non-offending caregivers.
Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing office support to our Administrative team.
